Yoga As Philosophy Of Life, Yoga As An Art Of Living.
Philosophy is a foundation on which life stands. Sri Aurobindo says that Nature has offered the man a choice between three kinds of life, i.e life of material existence, life of mental progress, and life of unchanging spiritual beatitude.
There are two aspects of everything- Positive and Negative. Yoga brings happiness, mental satisfaction, and personality growth. Yoga is always for positive thinking. it helps increating a positive attitude.
Yoga is considered to be a science of man which explores the avenues for human functioning. It presents a scientific picture of man, its characteristics, values, functions, and reality of life.
According to Yoga philosophy, a human being goes through two distinct states in his journey towards self-awaking.
The first state is referred to as evolution by which he completely identifies with the external world.
The second state is involution, by which one can not turn inward and comes to realize himself, i.e state of consciousness.
